The Barnett Outreach was founded by Omario Barnett in December of 2023. 
The organization was created to promote a central focus on the holistic development and empowerment of Jamaican youth through multifaceted approaches. 
The outreach endeavors to instill a sense of purpose, resilience, and unity among its members while simultaneously tackling pressing social issues that significantly impact young individuals.
